Ticketmaster joins Meta’s Muse as a live‑event connector

Ticketmaster is a Muse connector that shows seating and prices in‑agent and redirects purchases to Ticketmaster. No published changes to fees, splits or agent purchasing yet.

Ticketmaster and Meta Muse partnership announcement

Meta announced Muse, a "personal AI agent", on September 8, 2026; Ticketmaster published that it is available "as a connector in Muse" the same day and described a discovery‑and‑handoff flow that surfaces upcoming events, seating options and ticket prices inside the agent before sending users to Ticketmaster's marketplace to complete purchases (Meta, 8 Sep 2026; Ticketmaster, 8 Sep 2026).

Ticketmaster frames the integration as another place fans can discover events; previous integrations include an App in ChatGPT announced April 9, 2026, and a Gemini Connected App announced August 12, 2026, all of which show listings, seats and prices then hand users to Ticketmaster for purchase (Ticketmaster, 9 Apr 2026; Ticketmaster, 12 Aug 2026).

Crucially for anyone paid from live‑event receipts: neither Meta's nor Ticketmaster's launch posts say Muse will complete ticket purchases inside the agent at launch, nor do they publish any change to service fees, promoter/artist payout splits or connector revenue‑share terms. That absence of published terms means freelancers and rights‑holders should treat monetisation and payment flows as unchanged until contracts or policy pages state otherwise.
